PT ISM Bogasari Flour Mills – Bogasari has been a major force in the Indonesian food industry for more than three decades. It is not only the largest integrated flour miller in Indonesia but is also the largest installation of its type in a single location anywhere in the world. Bogasari’s two flour mills are in Jakarta and Surabaya. Bogasari produced variety of wheat flour for different purposes under prominent brands, among others Segitiga Biru, Kunci Biru, and Cakra Kembar. Bogasari brands symbolized quality and are the preferred brands for both industrial customers and consumer. we are currently seeking :

Industrial Relations Staff (Code: IRS)
Responsibilities:

• Prepare, coordinate and implement monitoring and evaluation outsourcing process manpower requirements and ensure availability of labor and allocation and monitoring of the payment process

Expected qualification:

• Male/Female
• Candidate should at least S1 Degree in Law/Statistic/Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 2.80 out of 4.00 scale
• Having minimum 1 year experience in Industrial Relations and Human Resources
• Having good knowledge in outsource management and industrial relations management
• Self motivated, having excellent communication, analysis, coordination and negotiation skills, with high integrity, able to work under pressure and tight schedules
• Proficiency of English in both spoken and written is a must
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office
