E-Banking Manager Development Program (EMDP)

• A development program that is built to give opportunity to young-enthusiastic graduates to start a career as e-Banking Managers. Candidate will go through four-months program that includes  in-class and on the job training

Qualifications:

• Single, age between 21-26 years old
• Candidate should be holding at least Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) with min GPA 2,75
• Fresh graduate from reputable university or maximum having 2 years working experience
• Strong self-motivation for improvement
• Positive attitudes are essential in performing sales and service activities
• Pleasant yet assertive in communication skills
• Fair, and Fluent in verbal & writing in English
• Willing to be placed at all CIMB Niaga offices
