Responsibilities:
- A customer service is expected to provide information, receive
and process customer complaints by responding to customer complaints
immediately and appropriately in order to improve customer service and
satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
- min. 1 year exp, preferred
