STATION SUPPORT ANALYST
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create system and database entry, check in, and flight documentation (Flight Document) into the system
• Creating, monitoring, and reviewing airport operational performance according to defined standards
• Creating a annual Key Performance Index (KPI) for each airport
• Ensures compliance with human resource needs at the airport according to the specified standards or requirements
• Ground Handling performance monitoring to comply with existing Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Creating, monitoring, reviewing Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA) for both domestic and international

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male/Female
• Indonesian Citizen
• Age max 27 years old
• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information System, Management, International Relation, and Law from reputable reputable university / educational institution
• Having min GPA 3.00 (4.00 scale)
• Preferably having min 1 year experience in creating agreement contract (for Law graduate)
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Computer and System Information Application literate (MS Office and Internet)
• Able to work individually or within a team
• Communicative, discipline, hard worker, creative, innovative, dynamic, and able to work under pressure

FINANCIAL ANALYST
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring the formulation of important issues regarding the proposed work plan, the proposed scheme as an investment and corporate performance feedback should be anticipated by management
• Ensuring the availability of alternative solutions or options that are troubleshooting, improvement suggestions, as well as forecasting to improve the quality of management decisions
• Ensure the comprehension of the business process, methodology or results of financial and business analysis optimally by relevant parties
• Ensuring the implementation of recommendation result or business and financial analysis
• Ensuring the availability of reports the results of the analysis and review of the program implementation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male/Female, age max 27 years old
• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Economics Accounting, Management from reputable university
• Having min GPA 3.00 (4.00 scale)
• Having min 1 year in the same field
• Having good looking and personality, polite, easy to adapt, having high integrity
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written), spreadsheet mastering
• Computer literate (min MS Office and internet)
• Able to work within a team or individual
• Communicative, discipline, hard worker, creative, innovative and able to work under pressure

System & Procedure Analyst (Financial Accounting)
Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the formulation of important issues regarding the proposed work plan / business process and current  performance as the input to be anticipated by management
• Ensuring the availability of alternative solutions or options that includes troubleshooting, improvement suggestions, as well as forecasting to improve the quality of management decisions
• Ensuring the comprehension of the process, methodology or results of financial and business analysis optimally by relevant parties
• Ensuring the availability of reports the results of the analysis

Requirements:

• Male, Age max 27 years old (S1) and max 30 years (S2)
• Indonesian Citizen
• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting from reputable university or educational institution
• Having min GPA 3.00
• Understand the current development of new PSAK and its application
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Preferable having min 3 years experience at finance system and procedure or Public Accounting Firm
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Computer & System Information Application literate (MS Office & Internet)
• Placement : Garuda Indonesia Head Office at Soekarno-Hatta Airport
