Technical Service Buyer - Jakarta 
Responsibilities

• Contribute to the application of the division purchasing strategy.
• Handle a panel of service providers related to the technical services and maintenance of building, machines and utilities.
• Implement change of buying pattern by developing the practices of maintenance and service contracts, which contributes to the reduction of material purchased by the company: Propose and implement, execute RFQ, negotiations and establish contracts.
• Develop Service database and reference price database for technical services and maintenance contracts, Maintain suppliers data in Information system.
• Establish a supplier performance assessment system and monitor the service provider’s performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team through Spare Part project:.
• Application of existing and development of new tools & methodology
• Development and implementation of best practices
• Benchmarking within other business units of the group.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Economics, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): SAP.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Project & New Equipment Purchaser - Jakarta 
Responsibilities

• Contribute to the application of the division purchasing strategy
• Handle the sourching, suppliers selection and the contracts for the new projects/ new plants/ new production lines, which includes civil construction, utilities, machinery, technical services
• Follow up the supplier's performance and ensure that the terms of contracts such as respect of planning, safety, as well as any other requirement associated with the project, are respect
• Conduct with suppliers recovery/ contingency plan as needed

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Economics or equivalent.
• Knowledge of SAP R3 is a plus
• Knowledge of new project environment and constraints would be significant advatage
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/ Coordinators specializing in Purchasing/ Inventory/ Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Purchasing or equivalent.
• Good command in English verbal and written
