Scope of Works
- Supervise 5-6 CPM (Concrete Product Manufacturer) project to make sure the target achieved. Controlling all technical assessment and preparation on franchisee production facility to become Solusi Rumah Product Manufacture (SR CPM) based on site survey data. Ensure the set up process for new SR production facilities align with Solusi Rumah guideline and standard operating procedure. Further transfer SR production know how by conducting training to SR key personnel and SR Production workers. Supervise the transfer SR construction process by conducting training to SR key personnel if necessary to home builder, masons, contractors and other forums. Ensure machine maintenance and service levels of SR to secure optimum productivity. Conduct the certification of new SR outlet following by conducting regular quality control of SR building materials and periodic evaluation of SR standard compliance and regular technical audits
- Education: S1 Civil Engineering
- Experience:
- A working knowledge with minimum of 3 years experience associated with the design, construction, property, or pre cast concrete industry in Indonesia
- Min 2 years experience in managerial level/assistant manager
- Has experience or involvement directly as a leader of contractor/client
- Computer literacy: AutoCAD, Excel, Ms Word
- Language: Good command of written & spoken English
- Other qualification / skills:

Requirements

ResponsibilitiesScope of works:
- To provide professional environmental support for the Narogong operations, focusing on plant appearance, Housekeeping including Internal Waste Management, Quarry Rehabilitation and sustainable environment performance
- To contribute in the establishment of plant environment performance which provides information and recommendation for continuous improvement
Education:
- Degree Graduated
- School of Chemical Analyst/Senior High School in relevant subject with 8 years experience
- Min 1 year in current position
- 2-3 years’ experience in cement industry, with a focus on environment & civil.
- Communicating & Negotiating would be better, plus working under pressure
- Computer literacy & reporting
- Fluency in written and spoken Indonesia, Sudanese & English
- Understanding of cement operation impact on environment
- Understanding of regulation related with environmental
- Knowledge on basic civil works & landscaping
- Knowledge on basic Agriculture
Responsibilities
Scope of works:
- Responsible for quality control of raw materials, in process materials and final products to support production process in achieving quality results as expected
- Responsible for raw mix design and dust management to control the quality of in process material and final product
- Responsible for coordination with other teams such as quarry, production, and dispatch to give assurance of quality achievement during the process of cement production
- Responsible for quality control of imported and exported clinker
- Responsible for quality control during industrial trials
- Responsible for Quality assurance of testing equipment such as repeatability of control samples
- Responsible for taking representatives samples during process production
- Responsible for documentation of samples during process production
Education:
- Minimum High Scholl Level with relevant field
- Minimum School of Chemical analyst and/or EVE graduated
- Min 1 year in current position
- 2-3 years’ experience in cement production
- Minimum 2 years experience in related job or as an analyst
- Minimum 2 years experience in related job or as an analyst
- computer literacy & reporting/ data analysis
- Good in English both oral or written
- Knowledge of X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry operation and QCX principles
- Understanding of cement specification from various standard (SNI, ASTM, BS,API)
- Knowledge of cement manufacturing process, in particular the selection of raw materials, clinker and cement production process
- Understanding of raw mix design principles
- Good in communication and decision skills

- Understanding rules of process of cement and clinker production
- Mastering preparations method sample and physics testing type for end product
- Understanding physics test principle
- Mastering operation technique equipment and test tools.
- Mstering calibration techic
- Understanding sample taking methods

Education:
