Back Office
Requirements:
  • Female or male, max 27 years old.
  • Hold S1 with GPA 3.00
  • Having experience in the same position min 1 year
  • Able to work in tight schedule.
  • Proficiency in MS. Office especially MS. Excel is a must.
  • Fluent in English written & oral is a plus.
  • Having min. toefl score 400 from reputation course and certificate
  • Good communication analytical skills.
  • Customer oriented, Accurate, Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful and creative problem-solver.
  • Good team player.
  • Handling transaction administration, accounting and tax.
  • Providing internal and external report.
  • Ensuring a good coordination and working relationship with other departments in Jakarta and in the branches.
HC Area Support (Jakarta Area)
Requirements:
  • Male or female maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferable graduated from Psychology
  • Having experience in Human Resource/Human Capital Department for 3 years
  • Good interpersonal skill, discipline, high initiative
  • Good English communication skill and having knowledge about Syariah Banking is a plus
Customer Service - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls from customer and able to assist them with any problems, services, requests and others.
  • Maintain the services required such as calls to the customer to ensure a service and product relationship with them.
  • Ensuring a good coordination and working relationship with other departments.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
  • GPA minimum 2.75 from reputable university.
  • Male or Female, max 27 years old.
  • Having experience in the same position min 1 year
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (MS. Word, Excel)
  • Proficient in English with minimum score of TOEFL Prediction/EPT LBPP LIA 400.
  • Good appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Pleasant to help customer needs.
  • High initiative, discipline and ready to work in a team with tight schedule.
  • Height Min. 160 cm (Female) & 170 cm (Male)
Teller
Requirements
  • Male / Female, Islamic commitment, good moral and never break the law
  • Education  D3/S1, with GPA min 3.00
  • Have the English skills both oral and written, and can operate computer min. MS Office
  • Good-looking, minimal height 160cm (female), 170cm (male)
  • Physically and mentally healthy
  • Preferred are not married
  • Age max 27 years
  • Preferred experience in the field at least 1 yr
  • Highly motivated
