Responsibilities:

• To assist Corporate Legal Manager in handling corporate legal matters of the company, which includes preparing and reviewing agreements and/or other legal documents, legal memorandum, etc. as requested by any department of the company
• To update prevailing laws and regulations, specifically investment law, company law and other laws and regulations related to company’s business
• To assist Corporate Legal Manager in handling corporate secretarial matters of the company

Requirements:

• University graduate in Law from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00

Responsibilities:

• To drive and ensure achievement toward volume target, coordinate marketing strategy, develop and control market in his area, monitor and control competitor activity
• Visit location, maintenance customer , and solve problem in his/her area
• Monitor and tracking counterfeit product
• Monitor the existence POP Material in customer
• Ensure the Stock Level that already defined
• Ensure the account payable fluency
• Doing daily evaluation to Sales Distributor
• Make Operational Activity Report and Sales Activity Report
• Manage Operational Activity in Depo Distributor
• Manage and evaluate depo’s sales
• Manage market development in depo distributor area
• Ensure Sales Program in Depo Distributor run appropriately

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Sales Executive or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
• Having min. 1-3 years experience in the field of sales
• Having experience in sales related issues is an advantage
• Demonstrate good communication skills
• Able to work individually and as a team
