Responsibilities:

• Understand the Hiring Manager’s requirements in finding best talents in market
• To support all recruitments jobs starting from posting vacancy, sourcing, screening candidates, interview, and arrange interview schedule.
• Take part in all HR-administration issues
• Able to engage with hiring managers and follow up recruitment process

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from any background
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
• Able to work under pressure, good teamwork, and good communication skill
• Able to communicate in English and Computer literate
• Experience in managing outsourcing vendors is an advantage

Master Data Administrator (Jawa Barat - EJIP Plot 4B1-B2, Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi 17550)
Responsibilities:

• To Create, manage and modify/maintain material master data
• As SAP coordinator in preparing material data related other departments until all information is completed and close
• To ensure correctness of material master data which indicate in monthly process / year end process of BOM and routing
• To ensure correctness of BOM in SAP data base
• To ensure the activity comply to Quality, Safety, Health and Environmentarl requirements

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Informatics System or Accountancy
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in EJIP Plot 4B1-B2, Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi 17550.
• Preferably Middle Staffs specializing in Database Admin
• Able to use Ms.Excel in advanced level and able to use SAP program.

Panel Builder Support Engineer (PBSP) – Jakarta
Responsibilities:

• Partners support for troubleshooting & solution provider for LV equipment
• Provide optimize solution of product selection to sales team & partners
• Perform regular quality inspection to partners for the engineering & production aspect
• Develop and manage production process improvement plan for partners
• Maintain close relation with partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in electrical engineering
• Advance knowledge of electrical power distribution equipment & protection devices
• Advance knowledge and interpretation of drawings, schematics and single line diagrams
• Good understanding about IEC standards for LV Equipment / components
• Design capabilities for LV panel / equipment system (PCC, MCC)
• Working knowledge of production process & machinery for LV equipment
• Understanding of final inspection and quality control procedure for LV Equipments

Wiring Device Sales Promotor (WDSP) – Jakarta
Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
• Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years experience in selling field & good knowledge in salesmanship
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team of professionals.
• Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
