Responsibilities:

• This position will assists Division Head in secretarial duties (develop/compile reports, prepare presentation material, arrange schedule, travel arrangement, correspondence)

Requirements:

• Female, age between 21-30 years old.
• Min. Diploma from reputable Academy wt GPA ≥ 2.75 (diploma from secretary would be preferable)
• Minimum 1 year experience as Secretary / Personal Assistant / Administration support
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), having excellent office clerical skills.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skill

Real Estate Officer - Tangerang (Banten) - Lippo Karawaci
Responsibilities:

• Develop research & analysis in order to identify new store location
• Create lease agreement
• Negotiation with landlord
• Prepare timetable, checklist, and handover process

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Min.2 years experience as Site Expansion Officer/Property Analyst/Business Development Offiver/Planner/Marketing Officer in property consultant.
• Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
• Exceptional interpersonal & negotiation skill, and have wide networks.
• Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate.
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci.

Store Interior Designer - Tangerang (Banten) - Lippo Karawaci
Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for creating the concept and design lay out for stores (new store & renovation)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architect or Interior Design
• Minimum 2 year 2experience as interior designer or junior architect (preferably from retail industry)
• Mastering Auto CAD, 3D Max, & Adobe Illustrator
• Innovative and has strong willingness to work in a highly creative environment.
• Good knowledge of signage and fixtures, good sense of art.
• Willing to travel & to be placed at Lippo Karawaci

Internal Auditor - Tangerang (Banten) - Lippo Karawaci
Responsibilities:

• Develop annual audit plan based on management’s expectation.
• Manage audit implementation in all division.
• Prepare a comprehensive management report based on audit result, and provide recommendations.
• Present audit report to management.
• Monitoring the follow up of audit result and recommendation.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree of Accounting from reputable university
• Min. 3 years experience as Auditor in reputable company or Public Accountant
• Strong analytical ability, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced
• Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate
• Team player with strong communication skill
• Willing to travel and to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
